Frequently asked questions

How does the 1-month free offer work?

While we finalize our payment integration, any paid plan (Plus, Pro or Max) starts with a fully free first month — no card required. Click "Get 1 month free" on the tier of your choice, drop us an email with your account address, and we activate the plan on our side. After 30 days we will let you know how to continue if you want to keep going.

What counts as an MCP call?

Every JSON-RPC request your AI client sends to your Gadspilot MCP endpoint counts as one call. That includes tool executions (list_campaigns, get_search_terms, update_campaign_budget, etc.), tools/list, and initialize. Ping and idle keepalives do not count.

What happens if I exceed my plan limit?

Nothing breaks — additional calls keep working, but you will get a notification and can upgrade to a higher tier or wait for the next billing cycle. We do not hard-block: cutting off an active analysis mid-session would be bad UX.

Do you count read vs write differently?

No, both count the same. A get_campaign_performance and an update_campaign_budget both consume one MCP call. Write tools additionally hit the dry-run + audit log flow, which does not cost extra calls.

Can I connect multiple ad accounts on the Free tier?

Yes. Free gets 15 MCP calls / month per connected ad account. 3 accounts = 45 calls / month total. Paid plans have a shared allowance across all your accounts, which is better once volume grows.

What if I want annual billing?

Annual billing gives you 17% off the monthly rate — same as most SaaS. It is the cleanest way to lock in the price.

Is my Google Ads data safe?

Your OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest via Laravel Crypt. Every write goes through dry-run + an audit log. We host on EU infrastructure (ISO 27001, France). See the security section on the About page.
